Checkin in, LA Needs You! Click for ways to support and be supported.

Hello Reader,

How are you? I'm in a safe area at the moment, the part of Santa Monica that does not have a Red Flag warning. the ash is mixed with the breeze and the air quality is keeping us on alert. Many I know have evacuated and/or lost their homes. Let's work together to provide as much aid and info to those impacted.

Hello Reader, I am really excited to share about my upcoming Wisdom Words for 2025 workshop. I have found over the years that the energy I have starting the year massively shifts and settles into very different energy around this time near the end of January. I think it's because I get bombarded with messages to have the right planner, the right mindset, the right consistent daily routine starting January 1. Well that just ain't realistic for me. Especially when there are many circumstances...

Hello Reader, Thanks for your care and concern for all of us impacted by the California wildfires. We are in the process of collecting supplies however (see my IG update), you may have noticed, many local businesses turned into collection centers and are now overstocked with donated items. Many sites do not have a direct connection to give to those in need. We are shifting focus to providing aid to those directly impacted via loss of home and legacy. Can you give $25 or $50 to help a family...
